Health & Safety Standards
We adhere to the highest health and safety standards. Our facility is regularly cleaned, and we follow any necessary protocols to ensure the well-being of our residents.
Sibling Discounts
We recognise that the cost of higher education extends beyond tuition fees, and that families with more than one child pursuing their studies simultaneously often face increased financial pressures. To help ease this burden and support families investing in their children’s futures, we offer a sibling discount for students residing at our residences.
The sibling discount is applied progressively, with the first child receiving the standard residence rate, the second child qualifying for a 5% discount, and the third child qualifying for a 7.5% discount. This initiative reflects our commitment to making quality student accommodation more accessible and affordable while ensuring that every resident continues to enjoy the same exceptional facilities, safe living environment, and supportive student experience that we are known for.
Our community
By choosing our Respublica Student Living, you are providing your child with a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that will help them flourish during their university years. We look forward to welcoming your child to our community!
